HOW IS MEREDITH DIFFERENT FROM OTHER REALTORS?
I take an approach to real estate representation that's based on my years of professional work in Fortune-500 sales organizations. The key to being effective in business is having a solid process, possessing the organizational and technical capability to perform, and the drive and professionalism to succeed. HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?
For Sellers, there is never a fee unless we are successful in selling your home. We discuss the amount of any fee during our Listing Analysis so that all costs - including staging or clean-up, required repairs, etc. are known up front so there are no surprises. For Buyers, any fees are paid by the Seller, so there is no cost to you for my services. Unsure about listing your home with a Realtor and thinking about doing it yourself? Consider that homes listed by owners are 5 times less likely to sell than those listed with a licensed Real Estate agent. If you're not sure how to approach Selling your home, call me. HOW MANY HOMES SHOULD I LOOK AT BEFORE I MAKE A DECISION?
That depends. Often, I meet clients who are already frustrated at the process of "self service" searching. They've spent hours on websites looking for homes, gone to countless open houses, burned hours driving to house after house only to come up empty. I can make this process enjoyable by doing the leg work for you - so you can be more efficient and effective with your time. I also work with you to help break down your requirements into a scoring system that will help you compare your options. There's no magic number for how many homes to preview, but I can help you be 10 times more efficient in getting to the right decision vs. going it on your own.
